NICO Renovations by Design was recently recommended to me as a local contractor to help with home renovation projects. When I say that NICO Renovations by Design did an amazing job with the end to end process of renovating our en-suite bathroom, that is an understatement. Nick came to our house, walked through the space we wanted to modernize, probed for our requirements and took measurements. We already knew that Nick was a talented contractor but learned from our initial consultation that Nick is most passionate about the design aspect of a renovation. We were very open to his design ideas and encouraged him to do so. A few days later, he presented some visuals and a quote. We were so impressed with his understanding of our requirements, his honesty, communication style, and professionalism, we asked Nick to draft the contract for us to sign. The reno started November 21st and Nick and team worked diligently and efficiently to demolish, design and build our modern bathroom in less than 6 weeks. Nick’s design flare and open honest and timely communication throughout the project was fabulous. He went above and beyond to make sure our bathroom turned out wonderfully.
